When you share your content with family and friends using Resident System products and services, or invite others to use our services, Resident System may collect the information you provide about those people such as name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Resident System will use such information to fulfill your requests, provide the relevant product or service, or for anti-fraud purposes.

You can access and control your personal information that we have obtain by using Resident System online tool or contacting Resident System. You can request access to your contact information and preferences to verify the accuracy or to have your data erased unless Resident System is required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous or represent a risk to the privacy of others. We may also decline deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes. Where the online tool is not currently available for access requests in your region, a request may be made directly to Resident System.
We take extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using Resident System products and services. We do not deliver advertising to children whose birthdate on their contact information identifies them as under 16 years of age. Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to create their own Resident System IDs, unless their parent provided a verifiable consent as part of the child account creation process. At any time, parents may request to access, update, or delete data associated with their child’s Resident System ID by contacting us.
If we learn that we have collected the personal information of an individual under 16 years of age, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, the account and all information will be deleted as soon as possible.
