services and proper support. You are not required to provide the information that we have requested, but, if you decide not to share your information, we might not be able

When you create a Resident System ID, purchase a product, connect to our booking service, contact us for any information or request an estimate and repair service, we may
collect some information like your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, device identifiers, IP address, location information and credit

We may exchange your personal information to carry out a service discount with an affiliated business partner. If you are approved for a discount, your account will be
governed by Resident System and our affiliated company respective privacy policies. Personal information will only be shared by Resident System to provide or improve our

Resident System protect highly confidential data (such as a credit card number or password) during transit over the internet using encryption. Resident System complies with
applicable data protection laws, including applicable security breach notification laws.
Access and control your personal information
You can access and control your personal information that we have obtain by using Resident System online tool or contacting Resident System. You can request access to your
contact information and preferences to verify the accuracy or to have your data erased unless Resident System is required to retain it by law or for legitimate business
purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous or represent a risk to the privacy of others. We may also decline deletion or access requests if we believe
doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes. Where the online tool is not currently available for access requests in your
region, a request may be made directly to Resident System.
We take extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using Resident System products and services. We do not deliver advertising to children whose birthdate
on their contact information identifies them as under 16 years of age. Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to create their own Resident System IDs, unless
their parent provided a verifiable consent as part of the child account creation process. At any time, parents may request to access, update, or delete data associated with
their child’s Resident System ID by contacting us.
If we learn that we have collected the personal information of an individual under 16 years of age, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, the account and all
information will be deleted as soon as possible.
